Manuscript Type
DINAMIS Journal welcomes scholarly manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of science, engineering, technology, social sciences, health, and environmental studies. Manuscripts must be relevant to the journal's focus and scope and demonstrate originality, academic rigor, and a clear contribution to scientific knowledge or professional practice.
The journal considers the following types of manuscripts:
1. Original Research Articles
Original research articles report the results of new and original investigations conducted using appropriate research methods. These manuscripts should clearly explain the research problem, objectives, methodology, findings, and contribution to the relevant field.
Research articles may address topics such as civil engineering, building and construction, architecture, industrial and manufacturing engineering, computer science and information technology, electrical and electronics engineering, social sciences, health, and environmental studies.
Authors are expected to provide sufficient methodological detail, present findings accurately, discuss the results in relation to relevant literature, and draw conclusions supported by the evidence.
2. Applied Research and Technology Development Articles
Applied research and technology development articles present investigations intended to address practical problems through the application of scientific principles, engineering methods, technological innovations, or evidence-based approaches.
This category may include the design, development, implementation, testing, and evaluation of systems, prototypes, models, devices, software applications, industrial processes, infrastructure solutions, environmental technologies, and other practical innovations.
Manuscripts in this category must explain the problem addressed, the development or implementation process, the evaluation method, and the significance and limitations of the results. Merely describing a product or activity without sufficient analysis or evaluation may not meet the journal's publication standards.
3. Review Articles
Review articles provide a critical and structured examination of existing research on a clearly defined topic within the journal's scope. They should synthesize relevant literature, identify major findings and areas of agreement or disagreement, discuss research gaps, and propose directions for future investigation where appropriate.
Reviews may cover developments in engineering, manufacturing, information technology, electrical and electronics systems, social sciences, health, environmental sustainability, or interdisciplinary research.
Authors should explain how the literature was identified, selected, and analyzed in a manner appropriate to the type of review. Systematic reviews should provide a transparent account of their search strategy, selection criteria, and synthesis procedures.
4. Interdisciplinary Research Articles
Interdisciplinary research articles integrate concepts, methods, or findings from two or more fields relevant to DINAMIS. These manuscripts should demonstrate how the integration of different disciplines contributes to a better understanding of a research problem or provides an effective solution to a practical challenge.
Examples may include the application of information technology in industrial systems, sustainable infrastructure development, digital technologies for health and environmental monitoring, engineering solutions for community development, and research combining technological innovation with social or environmental analysis.
General Requirements for All Manuscript Types
Regardless of manuscript type, all submissions must meet the following requirements:
- The manuscript falls within the focus and scope of DINAMIS.
- The work is original and is not under consideration for publication by another journal.
- The manuscript presents a clear research objective, scholarly argument, or practical contribution.
- Research methods and analytical procedures are appropriate to the objectives of the work.
- Claims, findings, and conclusions are supported by reliable evidence.
- Relevant literature and other sources are cited accurately and consistently.
- The manuscript complies with the journal's Author Guidelines and publication ethics policies.
- All authors have approved the submitted manuscript and accept responsibility for their contributions.
Editorial Assessment
All submissions are subject to an initial editorial assessment to determine their relevance, originality, quality, and suitability for peer review. The editorial team may return a manuscript for improvement or decline a submission that does not meet the journal's requirements.
Acceptance for publication is not guaranteed by the manuscript category. Publication decisions are based on scholarly merit, methodological quality, relevance to the journal's scope, the contribution of the work, and the outcome of the editorial and peer-review process.
