ANALISIS PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PELAKSANAAN MUSYAWARAH RENCANA PEMBANGUNAN (MUSREMBANG) DI KAMPUNG DUKWIA ARSO VIII DISTRIK ARSO BARAT KABUPATEN KEEROM

Abstract

Regional development planning is a routine process carried out by a regional government to develop programs, activities for financing sources which will be carried out annually. This study tries to describe how Community Participation in the Implementation of the Development Plan Deliberation (Musrenbang) in Dukwia Arso VIII Village, Arso Barat District, Keerom Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by using triangulated data analysis where data is collected, reduced, presented and drawn conclusions.Sources of informants are those who are involved in the participatory development planning process, namely stakeholders and the community in Dukwia Village, Arso Barat District, Keerom Regency.The results of the study indicate that the development planning process with a participatory approach has not been implemented optimally due to socialization that has not been carried out optimally so that community understanding and responsibilities regarding development planning are also still lacking. The suggestion from this research is that it is hoped that there will be mutual awareness (stakeholders and the community) in Dukwia Village that development planning in Dukwia Village is a shared responsibility so that a more massive method / method is needed to increase public awareness in development participation in Dukwia Village, Arso Barat District, Keerom Regency .
