Abstract

Performance or performance of work is a result of work achieved by a person in carrying out his duties based on skills, efforts and opportunities, carried out in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities, in an effort to achieve the objectives of the organization concerned legally, not unlawfully and in accordance with morals and ethics. In measuring the performance of government organizations (public bureaucracy) adjusted to the tasks and functions carried out. This research aims to illustrate and analyze the performance of kampung apparatus in public service in Kampung Ifiafia West Arso District of Keerom Regency. The results of the study showed that the performance of the Village apparatus in public services in Kampung Ifiafia has not been implemented optimally, because the Village apparatus has not been able to carry out its duties and functions properly, as well as the responsibilities that have been given so as to hinder the implementation of village administration.
