RESPON NEGARA-NEGARA EROPA TIMUR TERKAIT KEBIJAKAN PENGUNGSI UNI EROPA TAHUN 2015

Abstract

This study aims to explain the EU policy in dealing with the problem of the refugee crisis in 2015 tha occurred on the European continent and also to find out how the response of Eastern European countries (Hungary, Slovakia, and Poland) regarding the EU refugee quota policy. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with the object of research carried out on phenomena or events. In this study the authors used three concepts namely, the concept of refugees, the concept of response, the concept of state sovereignty. The type of data used is qualitative data, thus the data sources obtained come from books, journals, e-books, and the internet. From the results of this study, it can be seen that there is a refugee crisis problem in the European continent. In addition, the result of the research can also be seen, how the responses shown by Eastern European countries (Hungary, Slovakia, dan Poland) in answering the problems of the refugee quota policy set by the European Union.
