PELAKSANAAN FUNGSI BAMUSKAM DI KAMPUNG DANAMA DISTRIK ILUGWA KABUPATEN MAMBERAMO TENGAH TAHUN 2018

Abstract

The Government of the village is a sub system from the system of organization of national Government that directly under the County Government. Act No. 23-year 2014 about local governance has given various changes towards increased prosperity to the community through good service, as well as maximum performance directly and transparently. As a community representative institutions at the level of villages and carry out supervision of the conduct of the Government's consultative Bodies in the village, Kampung (BAMUSKAM) is a Government partner villages and to support each other in their deliberations as well as discussing regulation at the level of development of the village. Thus the two sides jointly carrying out the mandate from the community. BAMUSKAM has the task along with the head of Kampung to plan and set policy in the exercise of governance and development. BAMUSKAM is also the representative of the community in this case can participate in the supervision of the Organization of the development as well as governance at the level of the village.

This research aims to describe and analyse the implementation of the BAMUSKAM function in the Ilugwa district of Regency Mamberamo Danama Middle Year 2018. Research results show that implementation of the BAMUSKAM function in the making of the regulation already concluded and realised very well, but in accommodating the aspirations of the community and monitor the Government's performance has not been fullest in Hometown its implementation because it is still a lack of understanding from members of the BAMUSKAM against the execution of the duties and functions that are performed based on regulations.
